Weekly Meetings
In my regular training you receive a weekly email. With Private Coaching we schedule a weekly meeting. We will talk about what you want to achieve and where you would like to grow. We will work through problems and objections and determine the best way to keep you moving in your desired direction. These are one on one sessions.

Personal Prompts
After our meetings I will develop personal prompts through email to send you during the week to keep you on target. These prompts could be tasks, motivation, encouragement, or accountability practices. The personal prompts are geared to keeping you focused on the progress we want to accomplish.

Financial Consult
How do you set a budget? When should you hire an assistant? How much should you be investing in your business? How much should you be investing in yourself? Once you are a top producer in Real Estate you will have more opportunities to invest in growth. We will discuss financial strategies to help you make the most of the extra income you are earning.

Balance
We discuss balance in my training, but it can be one of the hardest things in this business. How do you become super successful in your career and super successful in your life? It is difficult to do both. Finding balance in your life while still killing it as a Realtor is so important to your mental health and to your family. I am a huge believer in balance.

Growth You See
If you are making less than 100K in Real Estate, then I encourage you to invest in the traditional training I provide to establish my base principals. The $49 training course is a phenomenal deal to invest a small amount into your growth and get a HUGE return. Private Coaching starts at $1500 a month.
If you are already at the 100K mark and want to see how far you can go then the Private Coaching is worth your investment. Together we can get you as far up the ladder as you want to go.
